| dc.description.abstract | Proposed paper is the degradation monitoring methodology of cylindrical capacitors. Capacitors are passive two-terminal electrical components, and store potential energy in an electric field. Capacitors are used for blocking direct current while allowing alternating current to pass. Since capacitors are widely used in electronic circuits, it is very important to monitor the degradation of capacitors to ensure the normal functions of the entire electronic circuit. Electric characteristic measurement of a capacitor mounted on a circuit, however, is extremely difficult. To cope with the difficulty, this paper proposes a computer vision based degradation monitoring methodology of cylindrical capacitors. | - |
