Alternative Abstract
Control of Emulsifying agent and water-soluble polymer is configured the most important condition in formulating Cleansing foam, Its optimal conditions was shown when FFA (Free Fatty acid) was reduced. Emulsifying agnet shows the optimal conditions considering yield stress, viscosity, bubble, changes in temperature when use a mixture of 2% of each glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate. Never the less it is not impact to Hardness, a significant bonding power increased on hydrogen bonding or ionic bonding leads to high resistance of flow. Since Polysorbate lowered the yield stress and the viscosity, it determined that internal stress of fluid is subjected to reduce. It reconfirms hardness decreasing depending on temperature change. Water-soluble polymer shows optimal conditions in yield stress, viscosity, hardness following temperature change, when adding 3% of PEG-32. Fluid thixotropy character is increased since polymer helps to intensify internal weak interaction. It is determined by rheo meter. When the yield stress is highly increase, it is not suitable in sensory view due to inappropriate dispersion force between palms, when the yield stress is extreamly lower, the resistance against outer is weakened and heads to decrease viscosity and hardness depending temperature change. As above result, Foam cleanser optimal production condition is decided by emulsifying agent and water-soluble polymer. Nevertheless it can be influenced by personal feelings in the product, but based on the results of the objectivity of Sensory, we can make a good Foam Cleanser .
