Alternative Abstract
The perovskite technology is becoming mature recently. According to the recent progress, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells has reached higher than 20%. But there are still some problems need to be solved, such as stability, high cost, and so on. In this paper, 2 kinds of novel materials are applied as Hole Transport Material (HTM). For the method of preparation, neither costs much nor too complicated. In inverted structure solar cells, poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) is used as HTM, here, Nickel Oxide (NiOx) is applied to replace PEDOT:PSS, which improves both the performance and stability. And the NiOx is analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD). As for another HTM, TPA(IMD)3¬, is tested to replace PEDOT:PSS in inverted structure and replace 2,2',7,7'-Tetrakis[N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene(Spiro-OMeTAD) in normal structure solar cells.
