Abstract
타원법을 응용해 액정 디스플레이 패널에 주요한 역할을 하는 배향막을 기존 시료회전형 타원계의 실험값과 분석 모델에 따른 시뮬레이션 값을 비교하여 러빙된 PI층과 같이 아주 작은 단축이방성 층을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 시료 회전형 PCSA 타원계를 개발하여 러빙 기계의 롤러 반경, 롤러 RPM, 러빙 깊이에 따라 PI층에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다.
