| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 공과대학 여대생들의 진로를 지도하는 학과 교수들을 지원하기 위하여 진로지도 가이드라인을 개발하였다. 현황을 파악하고 가이드라인을 도출하기 위하여 7명의 컴퓨터공학과 교수로 구성된 전문가그룹을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI: Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 분석한 결과, 공과대학 여대생들에게는 효능감 향상, 전공역량 강화, 실무역량 증진, 기초역량 함양, 구체적인 취업정보 안내가 요구되는 것으로 나타났으며, 분석결과는 가이드라인의 5대 설계요소로 활용되었다. 이를 바탕으로 학년별 지도 항목과 5대 요소를 체크하고 피드백하는 데에 쉽게 활용될 수 있는 활용양식도 제안하였다. 2회의 전문가회의를 거쳐 가이드라인과 활용양식의 타당도를 검증하고 수정·보완하였다. 마지막으로 가이드라인이 잘 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다. | - |
