| dc.description.abstract | 2050년 탄소중립 목표 달성을 위해서 신축 건축물의 성능 강화를 위해 제로에너지건축물 인증의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 2023년부터는 연면적 500㎡ 이상의 공공 건축물에 대한 제로에너지건축물 인증이 의무화가 되었다. 또한, 민간 건축물에 대해서는 2025년부터 제로에너지건축 인증 의무화가 시작될 예정이다. 2022년 기준, 전체 신축 건축물 중 근린생활시설 건축물이 33%로 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 민간 건축물의 제로에너지건축물 인증 의무화 대상의 대부분을 차지할 예정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제로에너지건축물 인증 의무화에 대비하여 민간 근린생활시설 건축물을 대상으로 건축물에너지효율등급 인증과 제로에너지건축물 인증 현황을 분석하여 에너지성능 및 주요 요소기술 수준을 비교하고 분석하였다. | - |
