| dc.description.abstract | 노후 공동주택이 증가하면서 리모델링의 필요성이 증가하고 있으며, 건축물의 미관과 성능을 효과적으로 향상시키기 위해 초기 설계 단계에서 다양한 입면 대안 제시가 필요하다. 그러나 입면 대안을 생성하고 그에 따른 에너지성능의 반복적인 평가는 많은 시간과 인력을 요구한다. 따라서 효율적인 리모델링 대안 생성을 위한 외피 리모델링 프로그램이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 4가지의 설계 알고리즘을 바탕으로 간단한 조작을 통해 입면 대안생성이 가능하고 에너지 성능 평가 또한 가능하게 하였다. 또한 개발된 프로그램과 ECO2-OD의 정합성 평가를 통해 프로그램의 활용가능성을 평가하였다. | - |
