| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 일반계 고등학생을 지각된 진로장벽에 따라 유형화하고 진로교육 및 개입 방안을 모색하고자 실시되었다. 연구를 위해, 경기도 지역 일반계 고등학생 368명(남자 178명, 여자 190명)을 대상으로 인구통계학적 변인 및 심리적어려움, 진로정보부족, 경제적어려움, 진로태도성숙, 부모와의 의사소통을 측정하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 통계적으로 분석하였다. 군집분석 결과 5개의 유형이 도출되었다: 진로장벽 없는 유형(군집1), 경제적 장벽 유형(군집2), 고른 장벽 유형(군집3), 준비 부족 유형(군집4), 높은 장벽 유형(군집5). 집단별 진로태도성숙 및 부모와의 의사소통은 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 각 유형별 진로교육 및 상담에서의 개입 방안을 제안하고 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다. | - |
