Alternative Abstract
Lead halide perovskite nanoparticles(NPs) have inherent limitation for application due to the Pb toxicity and instability much attempts using other metals have been conducted to overcome this. In the ternary structure of lead free perovskite NPs, general synthetic method is difficult to apply due to different reactivity of constituent ions and various crystalline structure by small difference of composition. Herein, we demonstrate the synthesis and characterization of Cu-based perovskite NPs and their cation exchange reaction. Synthesized Cs3Cu2Cl5 NPs has an orthorhombic structure and 520nm green light emission and high quantum efficiency. And add to Zn, Bi and Cd ions, through cation exchange reaction, we successfully synthesized Cs2ZnCl4, Cs3BiCl6 and CsCdCl3. It was confirmed that it was a cation exchange reaction through the change of XRD and TEM. As a reverse reaction, Cu cations were added to a Cs2ZnCl4, Cs3BiCl6 and CsCdCl3, respectively, we synthesized that CsCu2Cl3 structure.
