  <dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">본&#x20;연구에서는&#x20;개인주의-집단주의&#x20;성향으로&#x20;측정한&#x20;개인의&#x20;성향&#x20;차이&#x20;및&#x20;개인별&#x20;정서지능의&#x20;차이가&#x20;갈등해결방법&#x20;유형과&#x20;어떠한&#x20;관계가&#x20;있는지를&#x20;분석하고자&#x20;한다.&#x20;&#x0A;&#x0A;이를&#x20;통하여&#x20;개인이&#x20;조직에서&#x20;적응할&#x20;때,&#x20;특히&#x20;서로&#x20;다른&#x20;문화적&#x20;배경을&#x20;가진&#x20;다문화&#x20;구성원이&#x20;조직에&#x20;적응할&#x20;때&#x20;효과적인&#x20;갈등관리&#x20;방안에&#x20;대한&#x20;시사점을&#x20;도출해내고자&#x20;하는데&#x20;연구의&#x20;목적이&#x20;있다.&#x20;&#x0A;&#x0A;또한&#x20;한국인&#x20;및&#x20;외국인을&#x20;대상으로&#x20;연구를&#x20;진행함으로써&#x20;개인의&#x20;성향과&#x20;갈등해결&#x20;유형과의&#x20;관계에서&#x20;국적에&#x20;따라&#x20;상이한&#x20;점이&#x20;나타나는지를&#x20;비교&#x20;분석하고자&#x20;한다.</dcvalue>
