  <dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">본&#x20;연구는&#x20;식물성&#x20;유지와&#x20;진균&#x20;유래&#x20;효소를&#x20;이용하여,&#x20;밍크&#x20;오일과&#x20;유사한&#x20;식물성&#x20;재조합&#x20;오일의&#x20;개발에관한&#x20;것이다.&#x20;식물성&#x20;유지와&#x20;지방산을&#x20;혼합하여&#x20;고정화&#x20;효소를&#x20;이용하여&#x20;유지의&#x20;지방산을&#x20;재조합하고,&#x20;탈산및&#x20;정제과정을&#x20;통해&#x20;재조합&#x20;유지를&#x20;제조하였다.&#x20;합성된&#x20;재조합&#x20;유지는&#x20;gas&#x20;chromatography&#x20;및&#x20;differential&#x20;scanning&#x20;calorimetry를&#x20;이용하여&#x20;화학적&#x20;조성&#x20;및&#x20;열적&#x20;물성&#x20;등에&#x20;대하여&#x20;비교&#x20;평가하였다.&#x20;본&#x20;연구는&#x20;밍크오일과&#x20;식물성&#x20;재조합&#x20;오일의&#x20;높은&#x20;유사성을&#x20;보여주며,&#x20;화장품&#x20;원료로&#x20;점차&#x20;활용되지&#x20;못하고&#x20;있는&#x20;동물성&#x20;원료의대체&#x20;소재로서&#x20;활용&#x20;가능성이&#x20;기대된다.</dcvalue>
