아동의 일과와 일과수행장소, 중요일과와 중요장소를 비교 분석함으로써 사회적으로 바람직한 사회교류행위와 교류장소유형 및 특성을 파악하는 것이다. 수도권 남부 경계로부터 35km이내의 주택공사가 발주하고 2000년 이후에 입주한 국민임대주택단지 중, 주변에 분양단지가 2개소 이상 인접한 국민임대주택 3개 단지와 선정된 임대주택과 동일생활권역에 위치한 분양주택 6단지를 조사대상으로 선정하여 11~13세 아동의 일상 생활을 면담형식으로 조사하였다. 선정된 조사대상지는 용인 구갈, 동백, 신갈 지구의 국민임대주택 3개 단지와 각 지역별 분양주택 단지 2개단지이다. 선정된 조사대상지의 단지배치도를 조사한 후 조사 루트를 결정하여 연구자는 오후 2시에서 해가 지는 시각까지 그 루트를 따라 아파트 외부공간을 이용하는 아동을 대상으로 일상생활에 대한 면담을 실시하였다. 각 대상지역별 단지는 3단지였으며 1회 평균면담시간은 20~30분이 소요되었다. 면담한 아동의 수는 125명, 발견된 아동의 일과수는 1,736개로 조사되었다. 결과적으로 아동의 일과는 분양주택과 임대주택에 거주하는 아동 간에 차이를 보였으며 분양아이들이 임대아이들에 비해 상대적으로 배우기와 쇼핑하기를, 임대아이들이 분양아이들에 비해 종교활동과 컴퓨터하기 및 TV시청을 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 중요한 일과에 있어서는 분양과 임대 아이들 모두 배우기, 공부하기, 외부놀이활동을 중요하게 여겨 집단 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 소득수준은 중요한 일과에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며 아동이 공통적으로 중요하게 여기는 행위를 계획의 고려사항으로 반영해야 할 것이다. 아이들이 중요한 일과를 선택할 때는 정해진 시간에 하는 일과와 규칙적으로 자주하는 일과 그리고 아이들이 스스로 목표의식을 갖고 행하는 일과를 중요한 일과로 택할 가능성이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 분양과 임대 아이들 간에 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 아동이 하루 중 일과를 수행하는 장소는 집이 가장 많은 비율을 차지하였고 다음이 학습장소, 놀이터로 나타났다. 분양과 임대 아이들의 일과수행장소는 차이가 있었으며 분양 아이들이 임대 아이들에 비해 학습장소를, 임대 아이들이 분양 아이들에 비해 놀이터와 친척집을 더 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 분양과 임대 아이들이 중요하다고 인식하는 장소는 집단 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 대체적으로 놀이터, 학교 및 학교운동장, 친척집이 분양과 임대 아이들 모두 중요하게 생각하는 장소임을 알 수 있었다. 장소특성을 분석한 결과 Designated place, 즉 디자인된 장소일수록 아이들에게 중요한 장소일 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉 이는 단순히 획일적인 공간이 아닌 계획적으로 구체적인 놀이공간으로 정의된 공간이 제공될 때 아동이 주거지에서 의미있는 공간을 형성하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 추측된다. 아이들이 중요한 장소를 선택하는 이유로는 ‘물리적 환경특성’이 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 나타났다. ‘물리적 환경특성’중에서도 특정 기구나 시설(Physical object)와 근접성(Proximity)이 아동의 중요한 장소에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 중요한 장소를 선택한 이유는 분양과 임대 아이들 간에 차이가 있었으며, 분양 아이들이 임대 아이들에 비해 ‘특정행위에 대한 정서적 효과’를, 임대 아이들은 ‘사회적 교류’를 중요한 장소 선택이유로 선택했다. 따라서 구체적인 놀이공간을 제공할 때는 아이들이 선호하는 특정놀이 시설과 다양한 놀이시설을 충분히 제공하고 이를 아이들의 주요 일과 수행장소인 집이나 학교, 학원 등에 가까이 배치하는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. 아이들은 중요한 일과를 수행하는 장소는 대개 그 장소도 중요하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. ‘배우기’, ‘놀러가기’, ‘외부놀이활동’과 같은 일과는 대체로 행위와 그 행위를 수행하는 장소 모두를 중요하다고 여기는 반면, ‘공부하기’, ‘실내놀이 및 취미활동’, ‘컴퓨터하기 및 TV시청’은 중요한 일과이지만 그 수행장소는 중요하지 않는 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 분양과 임대 공통적으로는 ‘학습장소’, ‘놀이터’, ‘학교 및 학교운동장’을 중요한 장소이며 동시에 그 곳에서 수행하는 일과도 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 분양과 임대주택 아동 간에는 다소 차이가 있었으며, 임대주택 아동이 분양주택 아동에 비해 ‘친구집’, ‘단지 안 및 단지 주변’, ‘종교시설’을 중요한 장소인 동시에 그 곳에서 수행하는 행위도 중요한 것으로 나타났고, 분양주택 아동은 ‘휴식 및 운동을 위한 외부공간’, ‘집’을 중요한 일과를 수행하는 장소이며 동시에 중요한 장소인 것으로 나타났다. 분양과 임대주택 아동이 함께 사용하는 ‘공유장소’로는 ‘학교 및 학교운동장’이 가장 많았고 그 다음이 ‘학습장소’, ‘놀이터’로 나타났다. 반면에 ‘단지 안 및 단지 주변’, ‘친척집’, ‘집’은 공유되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 공유장소는 ‘놀이터’, ‘학교운동장’, ‘학원’, ‘상가’와 같이 Design된 공간(Designated place)인 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공유장소는 비공유장소에 비해 아이들의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며 대부분 아이들에게 중요한 장소로 인식되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 분양과 임대주택의 사회적 통합 가능성에 대한 긍정적인 결과라 볼 수 있다. 분양과 임대의 바람직한 사회적 통합을 위해 공유장소를 계획함에 있어서는 구체적인 목적을 가진 공간으로 정의된 공간이 제공되어야 할 것이다. 공유장소가 적절하게 계획될 때 아동의 주거지 만족도를 높일 수 있을 것이며 의미있는 장소가 풍부한 주거지를 제공할 수 있으리라 기대된다. 아이들의 중요한 장소이면서 공유장소로는 ‘놀이터’가 가장 많았고 발생하는 행위유형으로는 ‘외부놀이활동’이, ‘외부놀이활동’ 중에서도 ‘도구와 기구를 이용한 놀이’가 가장 많았다. 그리고 그 장소를 중요한 장소로 선택한 이유로는 ‘특정행위에 대한 재미와 선호’와 ‘물리적 환경특성’이 가장 큰 이유임을 알 수 있었으며 ‘물리적 환경특성’ 중에서도 ‘physical object’가 가장 많은 이유로 나타났다. 지역별 중요한 장소이며 공유장소인 것 중 ‘물리적 환경특성’에 가장 큰 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타난 ‘놀이터’의 위치적 특성을 분석하였다. 중요한 장소이며 공유장소인 놀이터는 3개 지역의 총 9개 놀이터이며 이 중 임대주택 단지의 놀이터는 단 2곳이었다. 9개 놀이터 중 5개의 놀이터가 단지 중앙에, 3개의 놀이터가 단지 출입구 근처에 위치해 있어 공간의 크기가 크고 접근이 용이해 많은 아이들이 모일 수 있다는 공통점이 있었다. 또한 놀이터 주변에 상가, 운동장, 광장, 학교 및 학교운동장, 정자, 공원, 다른 어린이 놀이터 등의 다양한 시설이 인접해 있어 아이들의 다양한 놀이활동을 지원해 줄 수 있는 장소인 것으로 나타났다. 즉 아이들은 다양한 외부 놀이장소가 인접하여 다발을 이루는 곳을 ‘중요한 장소’로 인식하고 있었으며 이러한 장소는 분양과 임대 아이들이 공통으로 사용하는 ‘공유장소’임을 알 수 있었다. 위치적으로 단지 출입구나 중앙에 위치해있고 주 보행로에 근접해 있을 때 접근성이 좋아지고 아이들이 많이 모여 중요한 장소이며 공유장소로 선택될 확률이 높을 것으로 기대된다. 제1장 서론 purpose of this study is to understand the types and peculiarities of community behavior and gathering places by comparing and analyzing children's daily routine, places and special tasks, places in the case of installment sold house and social housing which were planned for sharing the city plan facilities for Social Mix. Within 35km from the southern perimeter of the national capital region, 3 national social housing and 6 installment sold housing were selected and the study was progressed by interviewing with children aged 11 to 13 who were living in the selected areas. The interview was focused on the children's daily tasks. The selected sites were 3 national social housing areas and 2 installment sold housing areas in Gugal, Dongbaek, Shingal district in Yongin city. After determination of investigation route by analyzing site plans of these selected areas, the interview for children who were using outdoor space of these apartment was conducted from 2pm to sunset. 3 housings were selected for each district. One interview was required for 20 to 30 minutes. The interviews were 125 and 1,736 daily tasks were founded As a result, there were differences between the children's daily tasks in the installment sold housings and social housings. The children who were living in the installment sold housings do "learning" and "shopping" more than the social housings children. The social housings children do "religious activities" and "playing with computer and watching TV" more than the installment sold housings children. However, both groups value "learning", "studying" and "outdoor activities", so there were no differences between two groups. In the other words, it was found out that the income level does not affect the children's important tasks and these common tasks should be reflected for the points to be considered. When children choose their important tasks, they pick what they do it on time and frequently and with achievement motivation. There were no differences between two groups. "Home" accounted the greatest proportion and "learning place" and "playground" were the next" The difference between two groups was found. The installment sold housing children are using "learning place" more than social housing children and social housing children are using "playground" and "relative's home" more than the others. However there were no differences on the key places between two groups. Generally, 'school', 'playground', 'relative's home' are the key places between two groups. After analyzing the place characteristics, the designated place tends to be the key place for the children. It can be inferred that the children can make the meaning place when the designated place was furnished. The physical environmental characteristics are the greatest factor in the reason of the choice. Especially, the special facility, physical object and proximity have the greatest influence. In the point of the reason, there were no differences between two groups but the installment sold housing children value "emotional effect on the behavior" and the social housing children value "social community". So it is important that providing the specified and various playing facilities near the "home", "school" and "institute" which were children's main place. It was found out that children consider the places where they do the key tasks very important. They value those tasks and places in the case of "learning", "going for playing", "outdoor activities" but they attach great importance to the tasks of "studying", "indoor activities", "playing with computer and watching TV" not the places. Commonly, the "learning place", "playground", "school" are the key places and the tasks which are happening on those places are important. However there were some differences between two groups, the social housing children value the tasks and the place of "friend's home", "in and around of the housing" and "religious facility". the sold housing children were "outdoor place for recreation and exercise", "home". It is the most many for schools and school grounds as the public section to used for the children of the installment sold and social housings and in the following there are study places and play grounds. The other side, it is not shared for ‘the in and around of the housing’, ‘relative's home’ and ‘home’. The public places tend to be the designated place such as ‘playgrounds’, ‘school grounds’, ‘institutes’ and ‘neighborhood shops’. Also comparing with non-public places, public places give children higher satisfaction and most children tend to recognize that as the importance places. It is a positive result for society combination possibility of sold and social residences. The place, defined as an actualization object must be provided for positive society combination possibility of sold and social residences in planing public places. Satisfaction for residences of children could be increased when public places are provided plentifully and there is expectation for meaningful places to provide plentiful residences. 중요행위와 중요장소를 중심으로
