이상수 이유라 2023-02 32550 https://aurora.ajou.ac.kr/handle/2018.oak/24576 학위논문(석사)--교통공학과,2023. 2 노인보호구역은 주요시설 출입구로부터 300m 이내로 지정하여야 하며 최대 500m까지 지정할 수 있으나, 어느 반경이 적정한지에 대한 명확한 가이드라인이 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 데이터 기반으로 노인 보행자 사고의 영향권을 분석하여 노인복지시설별로 보호구역 지정을 위한 적정 반경을 제시하고자 한다. 자료는 대구광역시의 노인복지시설 위치 데이터와 한국교통안전공단의 2018년도부터 2021년도의 4년치 교통사고 데이터로 구성하였다. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the area of influence of elderly pedestrian accidents based on data and suggest an appropriate radius fordesignating a protection area for each welfare facility for the elderly. The data consisted of location data of senior welfare facilities in Daegu Metropolitan City and traffic accident data from 2018 to 2021 from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority. Using the QGIS program, a radius of 100m was set from the center of the welfare facility for the elderly, and an analysis was conducted according to the severity of the accident for each welfare facility for the elderly by converting the elderly pedestrian traffic accidents into the equivalent accident method (EPDO). As a result of the analysis, the rate of change of EPDO decreased as the radius increased, and in the case of each route, 69% of accidents within a radius of 500m occurred within 200m of the facility. Afterwards, one-way distribution analysis of variance was conducted by radius, and it was concluded that there was asignificant difference in the value of accidents by radius with F value > 3.06 and p value < 0.05 in all welfare facilities for the elderly. In order to perform comparative analysis and group by radius, a statistical test was conducted using the Tukey method. Finally, a radius of 200m was suggested as an appropriate threshold for senior citizens' homes and nursing homes. In the case of memory schools and senior classes, a radius of 300 m and a radius of 400 m in the case of senior welfare centers were presented as appropriate thresholds. The radius, which was applied collectively as 300m and maximum 500m, was classified by welfare facility and presented different appropriate radius. This study is significant in that it analyzed the area of influence that can cover accidents by radius of each welfare facility for the elderly based on data. Through this, it is hoped that it will serve as a guideline when setting the radius standard for each facility when selecting the Silver Zone in the future, and it is expected to contribute to reducing unnecessary budget and increasing the effectiveness of reducing accidents. 대구광역시를 중심으로
