Data was collected from 129 male colleage students and 130 female college students enrolled in a university located in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, using an online Google survey from December 2022 to January 2023. Sexual knowledge was measured using a tool developed and revised by Kyung-Sook Jeon (2004) based on previous studies targeting university students. Sexual attitudes were assessed using a tool developed by Sun-Min Ho (2009) based on previous research. Sexual autonomy was measured using a tool developed by Soon-Bok Jang (2002), and reproductive health promoting behaviors were measured using a tool developed by Ho-Yoon Jo (2014). Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 25.0 program and was analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. <br> <br>The main results of the study are as follows. <br> <br>1. Male students' sexual knowledge averaged 74.33 points out of 100 points and the mean scores of sexual attitudes, sexual autonomy and reproductive health promoting behaviors were 3.36 points, 4.27 points and 3.50 points, respectively. Female students' sexual knowledge averaged 76.81 points out of 100 points and the mean scores of sexual attitudes, sexual autonomy and reproductive health promoting behaviors were 3.41 points, 4.22 points and 3.48 points, respectively <br>2. As a result of analyzing the differences in reproductive health promoting behaviors according to general characteristics, there was a statistically significant difference in reproductive health promoting behaviors among male students based on sex education status (t=2.10, p=.038), and a statistically significant difference in reproductive health promoting behavior scores among female students based on religion (t=2.75, p=.008). <br>3. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between sexual health promoting behaviors and sexual autonomy (r=.498, p&lt;.001). Additionally, among male students, there was a statistically significant negative correlation between sexual health promoting behaviors and pleasure-oriented performance among sexual attitudes (r=-.224, p=.011). For female students, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between sexual health promoting behaviors and sexual autonomy (r=.364, p&lt;.001). <br>4. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify factors affecting reproductive health promoting behaviors among college students. For male students, the results showed that sexual autonomy (β=0.49, p&lt;. 001) and pleasure-oriented sexuality (β=-0.19, p=.002) had statistically significant effects on sexual health promoting behaviors, with an explanatory power of 28%. For female students, sexual autonomy (β=0.36, p&lt;.001) had a statistically significant effect on sexual health promoting behaviors, with an explanatory power of 15%. <br> <br>Through the above findings, it has been confirmed that pleasure-oriented sexual attitudes and sexual autonomy in male students and sexual autonomy in female students are important influencing factors for reproductive health promoting behaviors. Therefore, it is expected that sexual education that meets the demends of college students by considering pleasure-oriented sexual attitudes and sexual autonomy can improve reproductive health promoting behaviors among college students.
