김은정 전혜수 2020-02 29909 https://aurora.ajou.ac.kr/handle/2018.oak/19706 학위논문(석사)--아주대학교 일반대학원 :심리학과,2020. 2 본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 부정적 및 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 행동억제와 사회불안의 관계를 매개하는지 여부와, 이러한 매개효과를 자기자비가 조절하는지 검증하기 위하여 조절된 매개모형을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 대학생 284명을 대상으로 행동억제, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 사회불안, 자기자비를 측정하였으며, 분석을 위하여 SPSS Macro를 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 행동억제와 사회불안의 관계를 부정적 및 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 사회불안의 관계를 자기자비가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회불안을 사회적 상호작용 불안과 수행불안으로 구분하여 검증한 결과, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 수행불안의 관계를 자기자비가 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 행동억제가 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움을 통해 사회불안에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 또한 행동억제가 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움을 통해 수행불안에 미치는 영향에 대하여 자기자비의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 즉, 행동억제가 사회불안에 미치는 영향을 평가에 대한 두려움이 매개하였고, 자기자비가 낮을수록 이러한 매개효과가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움의 경우 수행불안에 대해서만 이러한 결과가 나타났다. 마지막으로 나타난 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의, 임상적 함의 및 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다. A total sample of 284 undergraduate students completed measures assessing for behavioral inhibition, fear of negative evaluation, fear of positive evaluation, social anxiety, and self-compassion. And the data was analyzed using SPSS Macro. The main findings were as follows. First, fear of negative and positive evaluation had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between behavioral inhibition and social anxiety. Second, self-compassion moderated the association between fear of positive evaluation and social anxiety. In addition, as a result of dividing social anxiety into social interaction anxiety and performance anxiety, self-compassion moderated the association between fear of negative evaluation and performance anxiety. Third, the moderated mediating model was supported in that the mediating effect of fear of positive evaluation on the relationship between behavioral inhibition and social anxiety increased as self-compassion decreased. Also, the moderated mediating model was supported in that the mediating effect of fear of negative evaluation on the relationship between behavioral inhibition and performance anxiety increased as self-compassion decreased. Based on the results, the implication and limitations of this study were discussed.
