김은정 김해린 2019-08 29195 https://aurora.ajou.ac.kr/handle/2018.oak/15510 학위논문(석사)--아주대학교 일반대학원 :심리학과,2019. 8 본 연구는 행동억제와 사회불안의 관계를 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 긍정적 사건에 대한 부정적 해석이 순차적으로 매개하는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 295명의 대학생들을 대상으로 회고적 행동억제 척도, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움 척도, 긍정적 사건에 대한 해석 척도, 사회적 상호작용 불안 척도, 사회 공포증 척도로 구성된 설문지를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 긍정적 사건에 대한 부정적 해석은 행동억제와 사회불안의 관계를 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 행동억제 기질을 가진 사람들은 사회적인 상황에서 긍정적인 평가를 받는 것을 불편해하며, 이러한 경향은 긍정적인 사회적 상황에 있게 될 때 타인의 높아진 기대를 충족시킬 수 없을 것이라고 예상하는 편향으로 이어져 결국 사회불안이 증가할 수 있다는 것이다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다. A total sample of 295 undergraduate students completed a measure of Retrospective Self-Report of Inhibition, Fear of Positive Evaluation Scale, Interpretation of Positive Events Scale, Social Interaction Anxiety Scale, Social Phobia Scale. Study has shown that fear of positive evaluation and negative interpretation of positive events sequentially mediate the relationship between behavioral inhibition and social anxiety. In other words, people with behavioral inhibition are uncomfortable with receiving positive feedback in social situations, and this tendency can lead to a bias that they will not be able to meet the high expectations of others when they are in positive social situations, which can eventually increase social anxiety.
