  <dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">간호대학생의&#x20;진로선택유형과&#x20;진로정체감&#x0A;&#x0A;&#x20;본&#x20;연구는&#x20;간호대학생의&#x20;진로정체감을&#x20;높일&#x20;수&#x20;있는&#x20;방안을&#x20;모색하는데&#x20;필요한&#x20;기초자료를&#x20;수집하고자,&#x20;간호대학생의&#x20;진로선택유형과&#x20;진로정체감을&#x20;확인하고&#x20;진로정체감에&#x20;영향을&#x20;미치는&#x20;요인을&#x20;분석한&#x20;서술적&#x20;조사연구이다.&#x20;연구대상자는&#x20;서울과&#x20;경기도에&#x20;위치한&#x20;2개&#x20;4년제&#x20;간호대학에&#x20;재학&#x20;중인&#x20;간호대학생&#x20;1,&#x20;2,&#x20;3,&#x20;4학년&#x20;530명을&#x20;대상으로&#x20;하였다.&#x20;연구도구로는&#x20;이기학(2003)이&#x20;분류한&#x20;‘진로선택유형’과&#x20;권윤희(2002)의&#x20;‘진로정체감’&#x20;도구를&#x20;사용하였다.&#x20;수집된&#x20;자료는&#x20;SPSS&#x2F;WIN&#x20;17.0&#x20;프로그램을&#x20;이용,&#x20;실수와&#x20;백분율,&#x20;χ2-test,&#x20;Independent&#x20;t-test,&#x20;One-way&#x20;ANOVA,&#x20;Logistic&#x20;Regression으로&#x20;분석하였다.&#x0A;&#x0A;본&#x20;연구의&#x20;결과는&#x20;다음과&#x20;같다.&#x0A;&#x0A;1.&#x20;간호대학생의&#x20;진로선택유형은&#x20;‘안정적&#x20;유형’&#x20;20.8%,&#x20;‘중다선택&#x20;유형’&#x20;6.0%,&#x20;‘관습적&#x20;유형’&#x20;30.0%,&#x20;‘불안정적&#x20;유형’&#x20;43.2%로&#x20;나타났다.&#x20;진로정체감&#x20;총&#x20;14문항의&#x20;평균평점은&#x20;2.50±.49점(참고범위&#x20;1-4점)이었다.&#x0A;&#x0A;2.&#x20;간호대학생의&#x20;인구사회학적&#x20;특성에&#x20;따른&#x20;진로선택유형은&#x20;학년에서&#x20;유의한&#x20;차이가&#x20;있었으나&#x20;분할계수&#x20;.20으로&#x20;그&#x20;관계는&#x20;크지&#x20;않은&#x20;것으로&#x20;보였다.&#x20;전공&#x20;및&#x20;진로관련&#x20;특성에서는&#x20;실습경험유무,&#x20;전공만족도,&#x20;실습만족도,&#x20;진학동기,&#x20;희망진로가&#x20;진로선택유형의&#x20;비율에&#x20;통계적으로&#x20;유의한&#x20;차이를&#x20;보였다.&#x0A;&#x0A;3.&#x20;간호대학생의&#x20;진로정체감은&#x20;인구사회학적&#x20;특성&#x20;가운데&#x20;나이,&#x20;성별,&#x20;경제수준,&#x20;건강상태,&#x20;대인관계에서&#x20;유의한&#x20;차이를&#x20;나타냈다.&#x20;전공&#x20;및&#x20;진로관련&#x20;특성에서는&#x20;전공만족도,&#x20;실습만족도,&#x20;간호학과&#x20;진학동기,&#x20;졸업&#x20;후&#x20;첫&#x20;희망진로에서&#x20;유의한&#x20;차이를&#x20;보였다.&#x20;&#x0A;&#x0A;4.&#x20;간호대학생의&#x20;진로선택유형에&#x20;따른&#x20;진로정체감의&#x20;수준은&#x20;안정적&#x20;유형이&#x20;2.84±.44점으로&#x20;중다선택(2.49±.35),&#x20;관습적(2.64±.39),&#x20;불안정적(2.24±.45)&#x20;유형보다&#x20;통계적으로&#x20;유의하게&#x20;높게&#x20;나타났고,&#x20;반면&#x20;불안정적&#x20;유형은&#x20;가장&#x20;낮은&#x20;진로정체감을&#x20;보였다.&#x0A;&#x0A;5.&#x20;간호대학생의&#x20;진로정체감&#x20;영향요인을&#x20;로지스틱&#x20;회귀분석으로&#x20;분석한&#x20;결과,&#x20;실습경험이&#x20;없는&#x20;군에서는&#x20;전공만족도,&#x20;진학동기,&#x20;희망진로,&#x20;안정적&#x20;및&#x20;관습적&#x20;진로선택유형이,&#x20;실습경험이&#x20;있는&#x20;군에서는&#x20;나이,&#x20;전공만족도,&#x20;실습만족도,&#x20;진학동기,&#x20;관습적&#x20;진로선택유형이&#x20;주요&#x20;영향요인으로&#x20;나타났다.&#x0A;&#x0A;간호대학생의&#x20;진로정체감을&#x20;향상시키기&#x20;위해서는&#x20;전공만족도와&#x20;실습만족도를&#x20;높이고&#x20;진로방향을&#x20;구체적으로&#x20;설정할&#x20;수&#x20;있도록&#x20;하며&#x20;현재의&#x20;진로선택을&#x20;계속&#x20;유지하고자&#x20;하는&#x20;의도를&#x20;강화시켜야&#x20;함이&#x20;중요함을&#x20;알&#x20;수&#x20;있다.&#x20;또한&#x20;대학생의&#x20;진로정체감&#x20;혼란을&#x20;사전에&#x20;예방하기&#x20;위해서&#x20;고등학교와&#x20;대학교의&#x20;연계성을&#x20;강화하고&#x20;적성과&#x20;흥미에&#x20;따른&#x20;진로탐색의&#x20;중요성을&#x20;인식할&#x20;수&#x20;있도록&#x20;하는&#x20;것이&#x20;필요하다.</dcvalue>
