  <dcvalue element="description" qualifier="abstract">본&#x20;연구에서는&#x20;초등학생이&#x20;지각한&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통과&#x20;학급응집력의&#x20;관계를&#x20;살펴보고,&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통과&#x20;학급응집력간의&#x20;관계에서&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력이&#x20;매개효과를&#x20;나타내는지&#x20;검증하였다.&#x20;이와&#x20;같은&#x20;목적으로&#x20;다음과&#x20;같은&#x20;연구&#x20;문제를&#x20;제시하였다.&#x0A;&#x0A;연구문제&#x20;1.&#x20;초등학생이&#x20;지각한&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통,&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력,&#x20;학급응집력의&#x20;관계는&#x20;어떠한가?&#x20;&#x0A;연구문제&#x20;2.&#x20;초등학생이&#x20;지각한&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통과&#x20;학급응집력&#x20;간의&#x20;관계에서&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력이&#x20;매개효과를&#x20;나타내는가?&#x0A;&#x0A;&#x20;&#x20;본&#x20;연구의&#x20;대상은&#x20;경기도에&#x20;소재하는&#x20;2개&#x20;초등학교&#x20;4,&#x20;5,&#x20;6학년&#x20;12개&#x20;학급을&#x20;본&#x20;연구자가&#x20;임의로&#x20;선정하여&#x20;표집&#x20;하였고&#x20;총&#x20;287부를&#x20;최종&#x20;분석&#x20;하였다.&#x20;아동이&#x20;지각한&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통을&#x20;측정하기&#x20;위해&#x20;양재희(2003)의&#x20;질문지를&#x20;사용하였으며,&#x20;공감능력&#x20;검사는&#x20;박성희(1997)가&#x20;번안하고&#x20;수정&#x20;보완적&#x20;공감능력&#x20;검사지를&#x20;사용하였다.&#x20;학급응집력을&#x20;측정하기&#x20;위해&#x20;강신석(2000)이&#x20;초등학생에게&#x20;맞게&#x20;재구성한&#x20;것을&#x20;사용하였다.&#x20;수집된&#x20;내용은&#x20;SPSS(version&#x20;18.0)를&#x20;이용하여&#x20;빈도분석,&#x20;t-test,&#x20;일원분산&#x20;변량분석(one-way&#x20;ANOVA),&#x20;pearson&#x20;상관관계&#x20;분석,&#x20;매개효과&#x20;분석,&#x20;Sobel&#x20;test(1987)를&#x20;실시하였다.&#x20;연구의&#x20;결과는&#x20;다음과&#x20;같다.&#x0A;&#x20;&#x20;첫째,&#x20;아동&#x20;성별과&#x20;학년에&#x20;따른&#x20;각&#x20;변인들&#x20;간의&#x20;차이에서&#x20;부분적으로&#x20;&#x20;유의미한&#x20;결과가&#x20;도출되었다.&#x0A;&#x20;&#x20;둘째,&#x20;초등학생이&#x20;지각한&#x20;담임교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통과&#x20;학생의&#x20;공감능력,&#x20;학급응집력&#x20;세&#x20;변인의&#x20;관계를&#x20;알아보기&#x20;위해&#x20;상관분석을&#x20;실시한&#x20;결과,&#x20;세&#x20;변인은&#x20;각각&#x20;유의미한&#x20;정적&#x20;상관이&#x20;있는&#x20;것으로&#x20;나타났다.&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통은&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력과&#x20;정적상관(r=.28,&#x20;p&lt;.01),&#x20;학급&#x20;응집력과&#x20;정적상관(r=.24,&#x20;p&lt;.01)을&#x20;나타냈으며&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력&#x20;역시&#x20;학급응집력과&#x20;정적&#x20;상관(r=.58,&#x20;p&lt;.01)이&#x20;나타남을&#x20;알&#x20;수&#x20;있었다.&#x0A;&#x20;&#x20;셋째,&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통과&#x20;학급응집력의&#x20;관계에서&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력이&#x20;매개효과를&#x20;나타내는지&#x20;알아보았다.&#x20;그&#x20;결과&#x20;공감능력이&#x20;유의미한&#x20;매개변수임을&#x20;검증(Z=3.898,&#x20;p&lt;.001)하였으며&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력은&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통과&#x20;학급응집력의&#x20;관계에서&#x20;부분&#x20;매개함을&#x20;알&#x20;수&#x20;있었다.&#x0A;&#x20;&#x20;이&#x20;연구&#x20;결과를&#x20;통해&#x20;아동이&#x20;교사의&#x20;의사소통을&#x20;촉진적으로&#x20;지각할수록&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력은&#x20;향상되며&#x20;학급&#x20;응집력도&#x20;높게&#x20;형성됨을&#x20;알&#x20;수&#x20;있었다.&#x20;또한&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통이&#x20;학급응집력에&#x20;영향을&#x20;미치는&#x20;과정에서&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력이&#x20;매개변인으로&#x20;작용한다는&#x20;사실도&#x20;검증되었다.&#x20;&#x0A;&#x20;&#x20;따라서&#x20;교사의&#x20;촉진적&#x20;의사소통이&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력과&#x20;학급응집력에&#x20;긍정적&#x20;영향을&#x20;미치는&#x20;중요한&#x20;요인임을&#x20;인식시켜&#x20;학교장면에서&#x20;활용할&#x20;수&#x20;있는&#x20;긍정적이고&#x20;효과적인&#x20;의사소통&#x20;향상&#x20;프로그램의&#x20;기초자료를&#x20;제공하고자&#x20;한다.&#x20;또한&#x20;아동의&#x20;공감능력이&#x20;학급에&#x20;미치는&#x20;영향력을&#x20;확인하여&#x20;공감능력을&#x20;향상키기&#x20;위한&#x20;방안을&#x20;마련하는데&#x20;도움이&#x20;되고자&#x20;한다.</dcvalue>
