Alternative Abstract
Nigeria is a state with a very large population, and vast amount of natural resources. Yet the country suffers from a high level of poverty. As a result of this challenge, the need to curb the growing level of unemployment is required. Small and Medium Enterprises make up the highest amount of businesses in the private sector, however these businesses have continued to survive on low level of profit due to poor infrastructural facilities in the country. This research uses South Korea as a model for Nigerian Small business development because of its infrastructural and technological development to discover the policies implemented by Korean government to develop its infrastructure and technology and adopt same policies in Nigerian Small and Medium business development.
