The remodeling business of an apartment house is given much weight in the long run and is an important field in the remodeling market. However it has remained relatively partial remodeling. Therefore, it has result in minimal profitability. This has had a bad recognition effect on the remodeling business. In order to solve these problems, many studies have been implemented about priority items of residents and experts. But these studies are limited to a theoretical study rather than improving profitability through feedback for practical remodeling business.
In this study, profitability influence factors, which are possible to improve a field of remodeling through several studies and sundry records are analyzed. Then, correlation analysis is performed between the improvement level in remodeling and the numerical profitability based on actual cases. The result clearly shows that some improvement items are strongly related to profitability. These results lead us to the strategy that the remodeling business is more profitable.
