dc.description.abstractA coumarin-based two-photon (TP) fluorescent off-on probe has been developed for detecting tyrosinase activity. High selectivity, sensitivity and biocompatibility enable the probes to successfully image tyrosinase activity in live cells and tissues using TP microscopy.-
