성별 갈등이 갈수록 심화되고 있는 오늘날, 남성이 스스로를 피해자로 규정하는 영역에 대해 논의할 필요성이 제기되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 남성에 대한 잠재적 가해자 인식이 고정관념위협에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 잠재적 가해자 인식 여부가 고정관념위협에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설과, 이러한 관계를 걱정과 억울함이 매개할 것이라는 가설을 검증하였다. 온라인으로 모집한 201 명의 참가자를 대상으로 분석을 진행하였으나, 가설은 모두 기각되었다. 별도로 진행한 추가분석 결과와 결과에 대한 논의, 그리고 본 연구가 지니는 의의 및 한계점이 논의되었다.
Alternative Abstract
Nowadays, gender conflicts are getting worse. The need to discuss the domain in which men define themselves as victims has been raised. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of seeing men as sexual predators on men`s stereotype threat. First, I hypothesized that seeing men as sexual predators would affect the stereotype threat. Further, I hypothesized that worries and Eo-gul would mediate this relationship. I analyzed data from 201 participants in men recruited by online. But hypotheses were rejected. Additional analysis results, implications, and limitations of this study were discussed.
