현재 전후방 각지에서는 네트워크 기반의 첨단군으로 무장하기 위해 지휘관의 신속한 지휘결심 판단을 보장하기 위한, 전투지휘체계가 구축이 완료되어 가고 있다.
이와 더불어 우리 군에서는 군사기밀, 정보자산을 보호하기 위해 외부 또는 내부의 침입자로 하여금 시스템에 쉽게 접근하지 못하도록 여러가지 방법을 취하고 있을뿐만 아니라, 보안사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 군 내부 사용자들의 보안 수준을 높일 수 있는 방안을 강구하고 있다.
본 연구에서는 정보보호의 가장 기본이 되는 군 환경에서의 통합보안관리에 대하여 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 군 내부의 보안관리 시스템 도입시 필요한 기능을 기존에 있었던 여러 정보보호 관리도구들과 비교, 분석을 통해 요구사항으로 제안하고자 한다.
Alternative Abstract
Nowadays, it is known that the conventional command and control systems of military are being upgraded to the network based ones, both in front line and back up troops, in order to help the commander-in-chief to make a prompt decision all of which lay groundwork for strong military force coupled with state-of-art technology.
In addition, the Korean armed force will take all the necessary measures to protect the classified military information and data from intruders who try to break into the system, together with making effort to improve the security level of personnel in service.
This study is to address the detailed requirements for ESM in military environment, which is cornerstone for information security, by thorough investigation into a wide range of references and the comparison with the previous methods of managing sensitive data and information.
