Abstract
본 연구논문의 특징은 문헌연구와 XYZ사의 ABC 모형을 설계하면서 활동기준원가회계(Activity-Based Costing, ABC) 시스템을 설계, 구축시 필요한 사항과 도입단계등을 설명함으로써 아직 ABC를 도입하지 않은 기업의 실무자에게는 새로운 원가관리에 대한 시각을 제시하고, 이미 도입한 기업에 대해서는 이론에 근거한 더 나은 개선방안을 찾는데 공헌하고자 함이다
