논문에서는 지상 노드의 단절에 대응하여 공중중계망과 지상전술망을 효과적으로 연동하기 위한 구조와 운영하는 방안을 제안한다. 그리고, 이의 효과도를 분석하기 위한 방안을 함께 제안한다.
논문에서는 미래 여단급 지상망인 전술정보통신 네트워크의 생존성을 높이고 여단급 지상망에서 C2&SA 상황정보 유통을 보장하여 동일한 상황인식 개선을 위한 공중중계망의 운용방안을 제시한다. 또한, 공중중계망을 이용하는 제대 간 동일한 상황인식 능력수준 지표인 상황인식률(Degree of Situation Awareness)을 정의하고 정보의 적시전달과 상황인식 능력을 높일 수 있는 실시간 C2&SA(Command Control & Situation Awareness) 정보유통 방안을 제안한다.
Alternative Abstract
we propose an effective interworking architecture and operation scheme between terrestrial tactical networks and aerial relay networks to counteract against the communication breaks of terrestrial terminals. And, we also propose a way to analyze its effectiveness.
We define the Degree of Situation Awareness which can judge the level of the same situation awareness and suggest real-time C2&SA information distribution method that can increase the information delivery and situational awareness. We propose the operation method and procedure of public transit network for improving situation awareness by enhancing the survival of the terrestrial network and ensuring C2 & SA situation information distribution in Brigade network.
