While IT environmentis improved and enhanced,users'awareness
toward information and technology is improved,system requests are
gradually diversified and various and internetservice is generalized.
And,librarybecomesanimportanttechnologytodevelopprograms.
But,in information system'ssupervision which checksgenerally and
improves problems so as to conduct properly activities such as
information system'splan and establishment,etc,there isno separate
guideline considering library development information system.
Informationization businessincludesvery variouscharacteristics,so it's
difficultto check sufficiently withoutany consideration and effectsof
supervisioncannotbesufficientlydisplayed.
However,alternative technologies tend to be appeared because of
library dependent problems of MS company and problems of
standardization,compatibilityandsecurity.
Therefore,this thesis applied 3 axes ofexisting information system
supervision and check framework so asto study on supervision and
check items oflibrary developmentinformation system forimproving
supervision effects of library development information system. This
thesis defined analysis, design and realization for supervision
standpoint,defined contents,processand referenceforsupervision area
and defined validity,importance and effectivenesswhich are used as
appraisalscalesofsupervisionstandpointand checkstandard.
In addition, it suggested differences between existing model of
information system developmentmethodology and library development
information system, considered characteristics of library during the supervision of library development information system and drew
supervision checking items by supervision area. Suitability of
supervisioncheckingitemsdrawnwasverified bysurveyand improved
supervision and check frameworkapplyingsupervision and check items
drawnwassuggested.
Based on the index and framework which were suggested,positive
conclusions for supervision and check effects could be obtained in
relationtothedevelopmentofcurrentlibrary.
