Alternative Abstract
Trading has been a human activity since ancient times. He current economic opinion has put special pay attention to the advantages it provides Trade as an instrument of progress. He trade allows the country to specialize in what is comparatively more efficient, improving the aggregate welfare of society; and, although with less unanimity, it is supposed to encourage the progress of productivity, allowing higher rates of growth to countries affected.
Furthermore, trading has been considered as essential on economic growth for countries and conforming trading blocs has shown the change of the world into the process of globalization and also as a sample of political willingness to start cooperation in terms for contributing for the increase of multilaterals. Thus, this idea has made the world more globalized and has opened the possibilities for trade agreements, multilateral trading blocs and bilateral agreements seeking for development and welfare of nations.
Considering the mentioned above, in Ecuador and in South American countries, Free Trade Agreements has been constituted a political and commercial tool to liked economies, likewise it has happened in the Asian continent such is the case of South Korea (Korea). In this context, this research will study the possibilities of signing in a Strategic Trade Agreement taking into account some theoretical analysis of trade liberalization and its consequences for the Ecuadorian Economy on the agricultural sector among others.
