Abstract
본 연구는 일선 지구대, 파출소 경찰관들의 업무를 수행함에 있어서 받게 되는 직무스트레스의 수준과 그에 따른 경찰관들의 회복탄력성 및 우울 간의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기 수원, 화성시 지역 지구대와 파출소를 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 인구통계학적 특성, 상관관계, 매개효과, 조절효과를 살펴보았다.
