Abstract
본 연구에서는 공공부문의 특성을 고려한 6시그마 프로젝트 개선안들에 대한 실행력 제고를 위한 핵심 성공요인을 선정하고, 이를 기반으로 시행한 6시그마 프로젝트 개선안들이 실행이 될 수 있는 실행력 제고 모델을 개발하고, 공공부문의 적용하여 실행력 제고 모델로서의 적합을 검증하는 연구를 진행하였다.
